Appoteket.no is one of the leading online pharmacies in Norway, catering to the healthcare needs of the population. The mother company IHS SA has been serving customers for several years, but the company recognized the need for continuous improvement to stay ahead in the competitive online healthcare market.
After a long-term success with their unique healthcare mobile app, they saw a market opportunity to diversify the business model to the retail pharmacy selling goods.

Objective

The primary goal of the project was to enhance the user experience and accessibility of the Appoteket.no website. Create a seamless experience between their Heal app and online pharmacy business. This involved addressing user feedback, optimizing site performance, and ensuring that the platform adhered to the highest accessibility standards to accommodate a diverse range of users.
