How to check

Check what your server runs

Run these on the server, over SSH, to compare it with the table for your Magento version.

php -v
composer --version
mysql --version
curl -s localhost:9200 | grep number
valkey-cli INFO server | grep version # or redis-cli
varnishd -V
nginx -v
bin/magento --version

PHP 8.3 or 8.4 on the latest 2.4.8 patch. Magento 2.4.7 runs on PHP 8.2 and 8.3, and 2.4.6 on PHP 8.1 and 8.2.
Adobe's table lists Elasticsearch 8 next to OpenSearch 3 for 2.4.8. OpenSearch is the default, and it is what we run on our servers.
Yes, MySQL 8.4. MariaDB 11.4 or 11.8 works too. On 2.4.6 and 2.4.7, MySQL is no longer supported and MariaDB is the way to go.
On the latest patches the table lists Valkey 8.1, the open-source fork of Redis, which Magento talks to in the same way.
